The Brief

To build a playbook of design principles to reintroduce Microsoft's ecosystem to a luxury driven audience. The store model can be flexed to floor-plan by anchoring key moments of engagement.

 
Design Challenges

Harmonize the existing branding requirements for owned devices, gaming, productivity, and accessories.

Update merchandising standards to reflect a core belief in the accessibility of computing for all.

 

Design Goals

Unify the product offering to customers, focus attention on devices by creating openness, accessibility, and simplicity.

Anchoring key technology moments in the store while keeping the furniture adaptable for future demos.
